Anna is Director of Program Strategy at Echo&Co. She is passionate about helping nonprofits sustainably scale their reach and impact through the nexus of strategic planning, timely technology investment, internal capacity building, and organizational culture shifts. 

In her current role, Anna collaborates with clients to define the goals of multiyear, multi-workstream digital programs, and plan the projects and activities that make the vision a reality. She draws on her experiences as an educator, curriculum director, content strategist, and information architect to lead teams from visioning and getting buy-in through implementation and on-going training.

Anna has over a decade of experience working in and with nonprofits, from building on-site programs to designing online platforms that won awards and industry endorsements for design and educational impact. Anna holds an M.Ed. from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a BA from Pomona College.

Fun Fact: When Anna was 8, she invented a flashlight hider to make it easier to read under the covers after lights-out. Then she asked her dad to help her install it.
