Kimiko is the Director of Client Experience and Managing Director. She specializes in helping non-profit organizations succeed through leadership in digital operations, strategy, transformation, and change management. In her current role, she leads a team of talented professionals that is responsible for ensuring that Echo&Co’s projects are running smoothly and clients are satisfied with the work produced by the team. She oversees all aspects of the client experience, which include strategic direction, change management, and coordination and supervision of engagement delivery and operations. Kimiko is passionate about delivering digital solutions for our clients that align with their greater mission and objectives. 

Kimiko has worked in technology-focused professional services for more than 15 years. She’s worked on a broad range of projects, including large scale enterprise applications and content-focused website redesigns. 

Fun Fact: Kimiko loves anything hand-written and does wedding calligraphy in her free time.
