Mike Sweeney is an organizational psychologist, a certified team coach, and an executive coach with over 25 years building and developing high-performing teams. He has led teams in professional services (former VP at Bain & Company), information technology, boutique wine, and the US military. Mike has deep expertise in technology adoption, leadership development, and organizational change. His background in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and learning analytics helps him bring a unique data lens to people topics.

Mike has received a Brandon Hall Gold for his recent work with digital learning adoption at Bain & Company and he has been named both Consultant and Thought Leader of the Year by the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA). He is a proud girl dad (3 teenage daughters) and his Golden Retriever, Snickers, is a girl too.
