Speaker Bio
Joyce is the Chief of Operations and Co-Founder of MassRobotics, whose mission is to enable and grow the next generation of robotics companies. She develops high impact programs highlighting startups technology, matching startups with potential funders and customers, engaging with tech sectors who benefit from robotics adoption, connecting students and talent to potential employers and working with academia to commercialize research.
Prior experience includes over a decade of civil service with the US Navy as a Chief Scientist & Systems & Test Engineer and has held senior Business Development and Engineering & Technical Resource Manager roles at General Dynamics and other defense contractors. She holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
