Voted as one of 100 INvolve ‘Heroes’ as an Executive Role Model in 2022 by Yahoo Finance, a Latina influential leader, published author and speaker, Enna Jimenez is an award-winning change champion with expertise in leadership, technology, and a transformational business leader. Enna is leading transformations for North America and Canada in addition to leading the Quality Assurance department at IDEMIA. She has a huge passion for Diversity and Inclusion, talent engagement and community organizations. Enna has been invited to speak to organizations including Moody’s, Codility, Circa, Harvard, Northeastern and Simmons University and has been featured in USA Today, Hispanic Executive, ALPFA and Profile digital platforms.
Enna is a Co-Author of Extraordinary Latinas: Powerful Voices of Resilience, Courage & Empowerment. Enna received the Emerging Leaders in Technology and Engineering (E.L.I.T.E.) Award from National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) Boston Professionals. Enna is a member of the following Board of Directors: ALPFA National Board, Big Brothers Big Sister of Eastern MA, The Pathway Initiative (TPI), Commonwealth Corporation, Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Women’s Advisory Board and Chelsea Foundation.
