Rach is Leadership Development Coach & Trainer with over 20 years of professional experience in the Boston Tech & Non-Profit Industry designing & implementing strategy in large scale organizations to improve Customer Operations, HR, and Sales Operations. A graduate of Rhode Island School of Design and Babson’s MBA program, she brings a unique approach to coaching that blends creativity and strategy to support her clients through their unique personal and professional challenges. She has extensive experience developing and implementing high-impact training, development and coaching programs in organizations of all sizes from scaling start-ups to Fortune 500 Organizations.
Her coaching expertise supports leaders at all stages of the leadership journey from emerging leaders to tenured executives looking to optimize their performance and reach their full potential. Leveraging one-on-one, group/ team coaching, and assessments (Leadership Circle & Hogan), Rach works with clients to identify their strengths and weaknesses, set attainable goals, and develop actionable strategies to overcome obstacles and achieve success.
