With more than 20 years of experience in the technology space, Nisha Paliwal has been driving the tech strategy, architecture, and product build throughout Capital One for the past 8 years. As a Managing Vice President, she currently leads the Enterprise Data Tech space where she oversees the company’s data platforms.
Before entering into technology, Nisha was once on track to becoming a scientist. She holds a Master’s degree in microbiology and continues to be fascinated by all things neuroscience. She describes herself as a voracious reader, a dreamer, and a visionary technologist with a mission to bring human-centered thinking to everything she does.
She is a proud mom to two daughters, Anya and Yashvi, and helps to advance STEM education among young girls through her work with three nonprofits.
