Speaker Bio
Jenny is an Agile Product, Program, and Team Leader who has served as a mentor and coach to countless women as part of her advocacy for the recruitment, retention, and promotion of Women in Tech.
Jenny is a Director of Project Management at Voya Financial. She was previously a Manager of Technical Program Management for Disney’s Next Generation Storytelling program. Prior to that she worked for Disney’s Media and Entertainment Distribution segment leading processes for all of ESPN Digital (reaching over 100 million users every month).
Jenny was on Disney’s Women + Tech leadership team and served on the ESPN+ launch team. She has an MBA and Advanced Business Graduate Certificates in both Human Resource Management and Project Management from the University of Connecticut.
She also has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cumberland University and currently resides in Connecticut with her husband Chris and two children, Grace and Senny.
Fun Fact: Jenny was named one of Hartford Business Journal’s 40 Under Forty Honorees and is a three-time Connecticut Technology’s Council Women of Innovation Finalist.
