As the lead for Core Banking transformation in the US, Carmen oversees the team responsible for Santander US’s legacy mainframe core migration to private cloud architecture, focusing on cost savings to the bank and growth opportunities for customer experience. Prior to joining Santander in 2015, Carmen worked in algorithm development in renewable energy projects across four continents. A native of Spain, Carmen and her family now call Massachusetts home. She lives in Boston with her husband, daughter, and golden retriever.
