Kate Reynolds McLeod is Chief Operating Officer for the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council (MassTLC), the leading destination for technology companies in New England. Since joining the Council in 2016, Kate has focused on business and financial operations, working closely with the team on customer success, marketing, and membership. In earlier roles, Kate was on the founding team at The Grommet, an ecommerce platform for product discovery, and worked in corporate communications at Robert Half International. She has a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.
