Olga is the Software Automation Architect in the DevOps organization at iRobot.
She started her career in 2001 as a Software Developer at Motorola. Over the past two decades, she has honed her skills in a range of fields including mobile applications, web development, cable television, WiFi routers, and IoT devices. In the past ten years, she has turned her attention to designing and building reliable automation frameworks to deliver quality products faster to consumers.
Olga joined iRobot in 2019 and absolutely fell in love with the little Roombas that get smarter with every software release. In addition to being a well-respected technical leader within iRobot, she is a mentor and certified Scrum Master. Her leadership model is built on four pillars: Direction, Influence, Continuous Improvement, and Humanity.
Fun Fact: Despite being surrounded by tech, Olga prefers to read physical books and magazines. She can often be found reading magazines backwards, starting from the very last page and working her way to the front.
