Heidi Lewis-Ivey’s primary focus is on transforming organizational cultures through relationship building. She is a trusted advisor for organizational change and diversity, equity & inclusion.
In 2014, Heidi helped found the Boston Chapter of the Black/African American Employee Resource Network, serving as its chair until 2020. She remains deeply committed to diversity, social equity and belonging. Heidi helps organizations outside of Wells Fargo, consulting on the formation of their DE&I Councils.
Her previous professional experience includes Bank of New York Mellon’s Investment Manager Outsourcing Services, overseeing product management and client relationships for both the US and UK.
Heidi has a BS in Business Administration & Management from Boston University. She also has an MBA in Management with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Norwich University.
